Khutorok recreation centre, Mostovsky district
This modern recreation centre on the outskirts of Mostovsky settlement can accommodate tourist all year round. There are pools with thermal water situated out-of-doors. The minimum temperature of water is +38 Centigrade, the maximum one can reach +48 Centigrade.
Water in the spring possesses balneology properties and will be useful with problems of digestion, GI tract and urogenital system. Bathing renders a positive effect on the human nervous system and allows a man to relax. Also, it is a good means for maintaining of women’s beauty. The effect of bathing in the spring can be compared, without exaggeration, with a visit of a spa. Laba sanatorium, Labinsky district
Laba sanatorium located in the city of Labinsk is considered to be one of the best health centres of Krasnodar Territory. The sanatorium has its own treatment and diagnostic centre, whose physicians are able not only to conduct complete diagnostics of the bodily state but also to select a complex of necessary treatment procedures.
In the territory of the sanatorium there are two big pools with chloride-sodium iodine-bromine silicious water. Its highly mineralized composition will help to solve problems of urogenital character, to treat dermal diseases. The temperature of water in these pools does not exceed 26-30 degrees.
Vodoley (Aquarius) tourist camp, Apsheronsky district
There are three out-of-door pools in this tourist camp, the water is delivered directly from a hot spring. Predominant components of its composition are calcium and magnesium. This combination is advantageous in cases of diseases of the supporting-motor system (especially in cases of problems with joints), nervous disorders and dermal diseases.
Thermal Park, Otradnaya village
The thermal park in Otradnaya village is perhaps the largest complex with hot springs in the territory of Krasnodar Territory. The water temperature stays on the level of +38-40 degrees. Visitors may choose hotels or small cottages. Those accommodated in the tourist camp may use the pool free of charge.
